Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

• You have purchased a digital marketing service from DMA Cambodia.
• You have requested a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• You have not used any of the deliverables associated with the purchased service.
• Your refund request is not related to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that some of our services are non-refundable, including:

• Services that have already been delivered, such as completed social media campaigns, video productions, and live streaming events.
• Customized services that have been specifically tailored to the client's needs.
• Services that were discounted or offered as part of a promotional campaign.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@dma-Cambodia.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
